To support the content selection process for the ASUG Best Practices: SAP for Automotive conference, we brought together a team of industry leaders and SAP experts that help us review each abstract submitted and select the most innovative stories that will be featured on the agenda. Raj Palanivel is lead functional analyst of the global IT delivery team of Tenneco. In his current role, he supports the SAP MM, SAP GTS, and SNC modules for Tenneco’s integrated supply chain team. Prior to that he was also supporting the SAP Search and Discovery module. Raj holds an Master of Science from Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, India, and an MBA from University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Kelly specializes in organizational strategy and development, working with leaders to build the skills and culture needed for change to become part of the corporate DNA, creating agile, collaborative, and engaged teams. She specializes in a structured approach to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and successfully to achieve lasting benefits. Prior to joining Volkswagen Group of America, Kelly spent 15 years in various roles at General Motors (GM), including assignments in sales, marketing, accessories, wholesale, fleet, business integration, and global organizational change management. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Michigan and her MBA in e-business from University of Phoenix. Kelly is also certified in change management in accordance with Prosci methodologies and tools, as well as a member of the Project Management Institute.
