Meet the Advisory Committee

Dana Antoun joined US Farathane in 2019 as director of IT with 18 years of SAP and electronic data interchange (EDI) expertise. Her major achievements were to revamp her past company's EDI system and processes. The revamp eliminated sales and logistical failures that had plagued the business for years. It also drastically improved delivery processes and accounts receivable, and the efforts resulted in increased customer satisfaction. Since 2016, she has been heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions. Antoun earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 2001, and she completed in 2015 the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program for Leadership Development. Antoun was recognized in 2016 by prestigious Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40. In 2017, she received her Harvard Business School Certificate of Management Excellence.

Jose Gimeno is director of IT for Autoneum. In his current role for two years, Jose provides leadership and strategic direction for the IT group and supports the ongoing maintenance of the related business application systems. He also oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules and drives continuous improvement to business process and business results based on the enterprise capability of the business application solution. Prior to Autoneum, Jose was at Faurecia for over 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of South Wales and an MBA from Universidad Nacional de Educaciόn a Distancia (UNED) in Madrid.

Jim Davis joined SAP in February of 2010 with a diverse background in automotive, aerospace and defense, and professional services industries. His past work gave him hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain, program management, and government contracting. In his current position, Jim is charged with the responsibility of managing the SAP automotive team in the Americas with the aim of making SAP’s global automotive customers best-run businesses leveraging SAP technology and solutions. His personal fascination with all things automotive started from the jump seat of his father’s 1962 Austin-Healey 3000 Mk II, accelerated with his tenure at Honda of America Manufacturing, and continues to this day with weekends detailing the family’s toys, experimenting on the possibilities and use cases of the connected automobile, and helping transform his son’s Jeep into an off-road monster!

Kelly specializes in organizational strategy and development, working with leaders to build the skills and culture needed for change to become part of the corporate DNA, creating agile, collaborative, and engaged teams. She specializes in a structured approach to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and successfully to achieve lasting benefits. Prior to joining Volkswagen Group of America, Kelly spent 15 years in various roles at General Motors (GM), including assignments in sales, marketing, accessories, wholesale, fleet, business integration, and global organizational change management. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Michigan, and her MBA in e-business from University of Phoenix. Kelly is also change management certified in accordance with Prosci methodologies and tools, and she is a member of the Project Management Institute.
